Vibration dampers and soundproofing panels

Noise has two main components: vibrations measured in HERTZ and sound waves measured in DECIBELS.
If vibrations generated by equipment with moving parts are neglected they will have harmful or even devastating effects (collapse of structures or entire buildings). Above a certain limit, sound waves cause harmful effects on health and in particular on the hearing of persons subjected to them. By law, they must be kept within well defined limits. The elimination of vibrations contributes more than 50% to the elimination of the noise and this operation is therefore necessary for the elimination or attenuation of the noise itself.

INDUSTRIAL ADHESIVES
Two materials may be joined together either by mechanical means (screws, rivets, etc.), welding or gluing. The latter, where technically possible, is the fastest and least costly.
GREASES AND LUBRICANTS
Two parts moving relative to each other must use a product which is interposed between the sliding surfaces. We stock greases and lubricants from leading global manufacturers.
SEALANTS
The function of the sealant is to: prevent the possible leakage of dangerous gases from containers, tanks, etc. simplify the production processes by increasing the solidity of the structure obtain a more attractive appearance by covering joints and anomalies. The sealant is a plastic and/or elastic polymer-based product used for sealing joints of different parts (DIN 52460).
